Attendance – Carl (facilitator), Christine, Deborah, Carmen, Lucinda, Ron, Terry, Irene, Martha, Gloria and guests Jolene, and Marian.

Business Agenda:

• NCCA (Back Porch Gang) Potluck - Friday, June 8^th at 6:15pm.
  Deborah Ham’s home.
  Action: Call Deborah if you plan to bring kids.
  
  
• Wholistic Arts Faire – June 16 at City Park in Ft. Collins.
  Irene is spear heading the NCCA’s efforts.
  Action:  We need a pop-up awning and large table.
  
  
• Web site maintenance proposal (Christine/Ron)
  We need a new web designer  --  Christine has her web person at $35/hr.
  Need to know the level of commitment to our site
  Individuals are paying for the web site right now.
  There is a link from our paragraph to an individual’s web site.
  Action: Christine to find out what the word limit is for the bio.
   Note: (If you want your picture and bio on the web site contact Christine.)
  Action:  Lucinda to send separate email with the “Web Site Decision Making Guide”
  to solicit feedback from the NCCA members.
  
  
• Community outreach (Martha)
  In our NCCA vision statement - Exploring what coaching services would benefit our community.  Not marketing but as giving back to our community.
  Action: Following members will meet and brain storm for non-profit activities (Irene, Carl, Carmen, Lucinda).

• Ideas for future meetings (Irene)
  Action - Lucinda to send separate email with Irene’s “Activities Circle” survey
  
  
• Planning and development circle (Lucinda) – open to everyone
  Every 2^nd Thursday at 12:15pm - June 14 meet at Martha’s house.

Treasure report (Martha) -  We are out of money.

We are expecting - $25 per NCCA member kick back from ICF

Overhead of $90 a year for running BPPA is needed

Professional Development:

Carl Dierschow presented - “creating a great coaching environment”

Our next meeting is: June 28^th from 12 – 2 pm at Jasmine Garden.

You are invited to participate in the Planning Circle, which meets the second Thursday of each month (12:15pm-2pm) to chart a course for the continued development of our coaching chapter.  Contact Lucinda (info@LucindaK.com) for the location of the next meeting.
