We plan to change name to NCCoaches or NOCOCoaches.
We will have a pointer from current back porch site (Backpoarchgang.com) to new domain name.
Current information on the present site will still be on the new one.
Carl will be web-master – He will use FrontPage. Maybe start from scratch.
Keep webvalence.com for 3 months.
Action Items:
If you want to make any changes or add new information that is not already on the present site (like new coach information, notes, papers), then email the material to Carl in electronic form Carl_dierschow@hp.com .
· Carl and Pat attended the ICF conference in Chicago.

· Credentialing – Irene
People hang out a shingle. At some point we want to make sure that they are really a coach.
These people are not part of a coaching community or credentialed.
Do we have a responsibility to know who is a coach?
· Coach’s Week – Irene. (1st week in Feb.)
On November 8, there will be a planning circle meeting to plan our activities
There will be no regular meeting in November.
Action Items:
Deadlines for advertising will be end of December.

Professional Development –
Presentation – Jim Lloyd - “Coaching vs. Therapy”
Jim encouraged all of us to send to Amos Martinez and our state representative the ICF standards of Ethics. We should be more proactive.
Pat volunteered to be a watchdog for what is happening.
Irene will send the ICF ethics. (See Attachment)
No Regular meeting in September.
Instead we will have the party at Irene’s place on September 28.
Facilitator for next meeting is Lucinda.
Pat Williams will present “Learning from our past and designing our future as coaches” in October.
