We recapped our vision from our last meeting:
We live in a borderless, mocha colored world.
We live free to be you and me, we pay it forward.
There’s a fundamental change in the way people communicate, a new way of living together.
Self actualization is a societal norm, is part of the fabric of our lives.
Coaching is a universally taught skill and is part of our paradigm.
Coaching is a process of being mindful.
Differences between people are OK and can be talked about.
Contrast is something to be celebrated.
The world that I want to be a part of creating will look like:
People have the desire and ability to create what’s best for them and their community.
We communicate in a way the recognizes the connectedness and reliance we have on each other.
We focus on the being rather than the doing.
Each of us is a mirror of magnificence.
We are present and inspiring.
Internal personal power decreases our fear.
We have gotten past the need for power over and control.
Coaching is for everyone, not just the elite.
Coaching gets us each t live our power and help others to do the same.
We also noted that it can be very difficult to envision the future we want when right now our hearts are heavy and fear is in the background - due to the spectre of war.
