NCCA Roles and Responsibilities
President
and Vice President
Presidents
Roles:
- The president shall be responsible for the Planning Circle
- Set the agenda for the Planning Circle
- Coordinate location of Planning Circle
- Sign any instruments or documents that may lawfully be executed
on behalf of the membership
- Keep informed of ICF matters and keep ICF informed about NCCA.
- Act as ICF chapter host
- Prepare annual activities report to be sent to the ICF
- Review and edit meeting minutes prior to publication
- Publish a periodic newsletter to the NCCA membership
- Activity Circle:
- Seek a volunteer facilitator for each activity and assist them
planning and implementing a successful activity.
- See that a balance of activities are planned that support the
organizations purpose.
- Propose initial date for activities in the Planning Calendar
- Document the process for each activity
Vice Presidents
Roles:
- The vice president shall be responsible for the monthly
meetings:
- See that the planning calendar includes dates for the years
monthly meetings.
- Coordinate location for monthly meeting
- Confirm that we have a facilitator for each meeting
- Confirm that facilitator will attend NCCA Planning Circle
- Send meeting schedule to secretary by 15th of the
month
- See that facilitator has facilitators package
- Work with treasurer in proposing budget for meetings
- Sign any instruments or documents in the absence of the
treasurer or president that may lawfully be executed on behalf of the membership.
- In case of the absence or disability or the president, or at
the presidents request, the vice president shall perform all of the duties of the
president.
