NCCA Planning Meeting

New Officers

• Carl will update the proposed message (to say that the officers recommend this change to the by-laws) and mail it out this afternoon.  People will have a week to vote, and to express their interest in the president or other positions.
• After that's done, we can have an election on the new officers if necessary.  Hopefully all done before the May meeting.

Upcoming Meeting

• Agenda for the meeting:
  • Check-in: What is your practice going to look like this summer?  What changes are you going through?
  • Susan's presentation/discussion around "Multiple Streams Of Income" (1 hr)
  • Passing the torch, recognition of officers' contribution this last year (1/2 hr)
• Susan will send Carl a blurb to be put in the invitation next Thursday, including anything we want people to think about before the meeting.
• Mandy will get flowers for the passing of the torch.  Each officer will lead a small group discussion on another officer's contribution - Sue will lead this
• Sue will buy a flipchart (the type that can stand on a table) for us to keep as an NCCA asset

Celebration

• Our next planning meeting on June 10th will be at Young's cafe, both the new and old officers, to celebrate and renew.
