NCCA Meetings

Join NCCA

Approved by NCCA planning circle 11 Sept 2003

Each month NCCA will broadcast no more than:

  • meeting announcements,
  • (1) meeting notes, and
  • 3 other messages

When events or opportunities are broadcast via e-mail, they must be sponsored by an NCCA member as being of interest to the broader NCCA community.

There are two e-mail lists:

  • NCCA Members:  Normally these are also listed on website unless a member specifically requests otherwise
  • Non-members receive notes from meetings, announcement of membership meetings, and messages of interest to broad coaching community

The two lists are not made public (except members listed on website), and the messages will use BCC to make the distribution invisible.

The e-mail lists are maintained by the NCCA Secretary.

If a member has no e-mail access, no provision is made to contact that person in other ways.

When someone changes their e-mail address, they should inform the NCCA Secretary and Webmaster.

Every message will include instructions on why this person is receiving the message, and how to unsubscribe from future mailings.

These guidelines do not include non-broadcast e-mails for specific communication between individuals or groups – no limit or restriction on those.
